I registered with Reloadbet through your site and requested an exclusive bonus with no deposit of $ 5 / EU.
Unfortunately through live chat they told me that for me it is impossible to get the free bonus since I had already requested it from their sister site LSbet. The fact is that I didn't know it was their sister site!
Now they say that to get it I have to request their welcome bonus first.
These words are only for information purposes, I understand the Reloadbet Regulation even though I do not understand why they do not have the specified in the no deposit bonus conditions.

Mi sono registrato su Reloadbet tramite il vostro sito e ho richiesto un bonus esclusivo senza deposito di 5$/EU.
Purtroppo tramite live chat mi hanno detto che per me è impossibile ottenere il bonus gratuito visto che lo avevo già richiesto al loro sito gemello LSbet. Il fatto è che non sapevo che fosse il loro sito gemello!
Adesso dicono che per averlo devo prima richiedere il loro bonus di benvenuto.
Queste parole sono solo a scopo informativo, capisco il Regolamento Reloadbet anche se non capisco perché non siano specificate nelle condizioni del bonus senza deposito.
