My balance still says $0.01 but when i check the bonus section on my account it shows the $30 is there its just not showing on my balance
Just to add i downloaded the casino and checked my bonuses in that cashier and it shows the $30 it was added on the 10th and removed on the 11th.
I have no clue as to whats going on

I heard from the rep now and they have this ridiculous term that once the bonus is credited you have 1 hours to use it or it expires. If this term cannot be changed LCB wont be promoting this offer anymore.

Only after looking again did I see the very small info symbol under the name which lead me here
Could someone please put a note in there where you claim the bonus so others do not get caught out like me

Apologies for this. Its hard to try and give all the info for the NDs *this certainly cant all be given in the no deposit lists - that is why we introduced the 'info' icon to lead players to the forum for more information.
I am trying to reach a compromise with the casino rep about this ridiculous 1 hour limit to play. Until we see eye to eye I am removing the bonus.

Just to clarify they are not linked or owned Winner. They just use a skin from winner....so website design will look the same but the operation is run by separate people.

So after registering an account, got a popup s that said my account was locked for security reasons. Called support via telephone and the guy said that Winner casino is not available to Canadians. Told him I was calling the number on the Magic Red site and he said they are connected therefore my account was locked because Winner casinos do not allow Canadians.
