This happened because the system arranged the leaderboard according to who voted first, not who reached the number of votes first, but it's been sorted out now to reflect the order as explained in the rules.

One more thing I would like to point out is the contest duration. Last year the number of 3111 voters and 68805 voters was achieved in 110 days. This year we only have 45 days and we already have almost 3x votes and 2x voters.
