But in all seriousness my New years resolution which i have already started..is to smile more and be more positive...its hard to smile at times especially if you have so much to on your plate constantly stacking up against you....
another resolution is to quit smoking...the ultimate resolution for alot of people...Its not cool when your 2 year old can out run you...it goes to show how unfit you are which is exactly what i am...

my resolution was to stop smoking in 2013 so i began with a cold that make me drop from 80 cigarette by day witch is big to 40 to 50.. I am positive to stop by dropping slowly because i was to much big smoker before
! I am happy to share this with you for me this drop is for now a big victory from cigarette. I encourage people to drop slowly when they smoke so much as me.
