Ik weet wel dat België een stuk strenger is dan de meeste Europese Landen, dus dat kan er goed mee te maken hebben: Casino's opereren vaak in een ietwat grijs gebied, legaal gezien, en vaak bieden ze Games aan inwoners van bepaalde Landen aan, terwijl het eigenlijk niet echt toegestaan is - de verantwoordelijkheid ligt dan vaak bij de speler.

Zodra bekend is dat een specifiek Land streng optreed tegen zulke Casino's en ook boetes oplegt aan deze Casino's, of zelfs hun wetten aanpassen om in het vervolg boetes op te kunnen leggen - wanneer dat eerder nog niet kon - dan trekken Casino's zich vaak direct terug uit die Landen.

Zo kan het ook zijn dat een software provider, zoals in dit geval NetEnt,  ieder Casino wat hun software aanbiedt, contractueel verplicht om de Games die ze van hen 'in bruikleen' hebben, onder geen enkele omstandigheden aan te bieden in zulke Landen.

Ik wist bijvoorbeeld dat NetEnt al zo'n voorwaarde stelt aan haar klanten voor Canada, en heb net even voor je gegoogled wat alle andere Landen zijn waaraan ze niet cateren:

Afghanistan, Albanië, Algerije, Amerikaans Samoa, Angola, Cambodja, Canada, Ecuador, Guam, Guyana, Hong Kong, Indonesië, Iran, Irak, Italië, Korea, Koeweit, Laos, Myanmar, Namibië, Nicaragua, Noordelijke Marianen, Pakistan, Panama, Papoea Nieuw Guinea, Filipijnen, Puerto Rico, Soedan, Syrië, Taiwan, Oeganda, Jemen en Zimbabwe

Zoals je ziet staat België er nog niet bij, maar dat kan best veranderen!

Het antwoord op je vraag is dus naar alle waarschijnlijkheid, dat het gros van de Casino's waar je hebt gespeeld, liever eieren voor hun geld kiezen, dan het risico te lopen dat de Belgische Kansspelcommisie (BGC) ze met een flinke boete om de oren slaat!

Als ik het goed begrijp, is de wet in België zo: elk Casino wat Games aanbiedt aan inwoners van België, is verplicht om een site, of subdomein met de extensie '.be' te hebben, en als dat niet het geval is, dan kunnen ze dus beboet worden.

I do know that Belgium is a lot stricter than most European Countries, so that may have something to do with it: Casinos often operate in a somewhat gray area, legally speaking, and often offer Games to residents of certain Countries, while it is not actually allowed - the responsibility often lies with the player.
