Dit onderwerp is al vaker aangekaart, dus heb ik het even nagevraagd bij een van de casino's die sinds 1 oktober een Nederlandse vergunning hebben (Batavia). Spelers hoeven geen kansspelbelasting te betalen, dit was het antwoord dat ik van de klantenservice kreeg:
Deed u mee aan een online kansspel waarvan de aanbieder geen vergunning heeft van de Nederlandse kansspelautoriteit? Doe dan aangifte als u in een kalendermaand meer hebt gewonnen dan u hebt ingezet. Als u dus bijvoorbeeld € 100 inzet en meer wint dan dat bedrag, doet u aangifte.
Hebt u de prijs gewonnen door deelname aan een online kansspel waarvan de aanbieder wel een vergunning heeft van de Nederlandse kansspelautoriteit, dan doet u geen aangifte en hoeft u geen kansspelbelasting te betalen.
Dit is in ieder geval positief!
