Has Jackoro "jacked" me for my both time and my valuable identification documents? I played a bonus, made playthrough, and go to withdraw which starts KYC. They did not like my bank statement, the likes of which I obscure just a couple of digits on the account numbers ect. Everyone else is usually fine with this but not Jackoro. Potential future data breaches be damned. I send them the unadulterated one.thinking that if my identity is stolen or bank is drained I could at least joke that I was paid for it. You know with my winning....
(We're all gonna laugh about this some day they saying goes....)
(Jackoro might be laughing already)
The back and fourth goes on for weeks mind you with this document and that document different issues ,they always wanted something else. But eventually im approved. Cool right? WRONG! I go to withdraw and they email me to say I have multiple accounts, I don't do that. I am very aware of casinos and there love of using T&C to screw you out of winnings. They have banned my account and ghosted me since that email.
I know they are mistaken. How hard is to tell me what accounts what accounts they think are mine? I believe they made it up and are just greedy scumbags looking for high dollar gambling addicts and refusing to pay the very few who make the playthrough. The whole time during KYC they could have played this multi account lie of there's but they opted to get my documents (which are obviously worth something to them based on the man hours it took to accomplish) first. if I have multiple accounts what's wrong with just giving me the emails they think are associated with me. At the very least they could do that?
Probably not. Is my stuff on the dark web? Probably not yet.
Quanto è difficile dirmi quali account pensano siano miei? Come minimo potrebbero fare questo, no?
Probabilmente no. Il mio materiale è sul dark web? Probabilmente non ancora.
