As far as I know level 1 - 20 levels up 1 level for every $1000 wagered, and then you need to wager $210 000 in order to get level 21, not sure if the reward is big enough though. I was on level 20 before they closed my account, needed to wager another $50 000, to reach level 21, so in essence I had wagered $160 000 so far.
So past level 21 I cannot really tell you.

Per quanto ne so, dal livello 1 al 20 si sale di 1 livello per ogni $ 1000 scommessi, quindi è necessario scommettere $ 210.000 per ottenere il livello 21, ma non sono sicuro che la ricompensa sia abbastanza grande.
