I have cashed out twice from All Jackpots and o I didn't have to send them any proof maybe that where I got my QT account. I have also cashed out once from Grand Mondial, I asked support to flush my cash out but they took their 6 days sweet time to flush it?
...hmmm oh well, every casinos are different.
