    I enjoy the Top Game Software, and have done well at Rich, Thebes, and 7spins.  They used to offer me good deposit bonuses, and their 20x playthrough was reasonable, and I was often able to cashout, never more than a few hundred dollars, but at least a little bit now and then.

    For about 3 weeks now, all of those casinos tell me that my account is not eligible for any bonuses.  Has anyone else had that same problem?

    I have written to support several times, and I never receive a response.

    Mi piace il miglior software di gioco e ho ottenuto buoni risultati con Rich, Thebes e 7spins. Mi offrivano buoni bonus di deposito, e il loro playthrough 20x era ragionevole, e spesso riuscivo a incassare, mai più di qualche centinaio di dollari, ma almeno un po' di tanto in tanto.

    Sono ormai circa 3 settimane che tutti questi casinò mi dicono che il mio conto non ha diritto ad alcun bonus. Qualcun altro ha avuto lo stesso problema?

    Ho scritto più volte al supporto e non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

    Not sure what the problem is, but it sounds like what has been discussed in another thread. Deposit Bonus abuse.....particularly if you cashout one time too many.

    If this is the case at least i'm happy for you that you were at least warned before making more deposits and requesting a withdrawal to find out your denied.

    I would not give up on asking live chat/support til you can receive some answers. Better yet, there is far too many casinos to play at without this aggravation. Your probably wise to make straight deposits now and then without the bonus to protect yourself from this happening again.

    Non so quale sia il problema, ma sembra che sia già stato discusso in un altro thread. Abuso del bonus di deposito... soprattutto se incassi una volta di troppo.

    Se questo è il caso, almeno sono felice per te che tu sia stato almeno avvisato prima di effettuare ulteriori depositi e richiedere un prelievo per scoprire il tuo rifiuto.

    Non rinuncerei a chiedere supporto/chat dal vivo finché non riceverai alcune risposte. Meglio ancora, ci sono troppi casinò in cui giocare senza questo aggravamento. Probabilmente è saggio effettuare depositi diretti di tanto in tanto senza il bonus per proteggersi dal fatto che ciò accada di nuovo.

    Facci sapere come va a finire per te.
