I saw a promotion, wager £10 on a certain slot everyday and get £5 bonus max for each day the following next week. Please bare in mind I started at 11.20PM and finished at 2AM .First played for the promotion, when wagered I started playing elsewhere till 12.15AM.Went back to the promotion and played another £10 wager as it was the next and checked T&C'sFirst day £5 bonus, tySecond day no bonus so I call staff. After looking into my history they say they can not give me the bonus because I played ONE session so u can only have £5 instead of £10.They said its like I was going into a cash machine at 11.59 to take out 300 , then wait till 12.01 to take out another 300.I told him u make me sound like a criminal with that example. If the bank allows u to do that then so be it , it is your cash.As for your excuse, where does it say that in the T&C's . What If I started at 11.20.PM and played for a solid straight 8 hours, lost or won 1k then logged out. Ho visto una promozione, scommetto £ 10 su una determinata slot ogni giorno e ricevo un bonus massimo di £ 5 per ogni giorno della settimana successiva.
Tieni presente che ho iniziato alle 23:20 e ho finito alle 2 del mattino.
