I just received in the mail a letter from Rushmore stating that they've just relaunched there casino. Included in the letter was a scratch card ranging anywhere from $50-$250 no deposit!Well I scratched and I got $150. 
It says to contact support to have your account credited which I did and got it right away. So check your mail!!

Well, at least it's their money you can play with. I hope you do well and that they get back to where they used to be. Rushmore had a good reputation in the past so they have some sucking up to do to gain player trust again. Good luck to ya tinker!

Thanks, last year I won over $20,000 on the archilles progressive, it took sometime to get paid but they paid. I almost threw away the letter that they sent. The envelope it came in was very generic, no return address or anything. I thought it was junk mail.

well as for me, there customer service is the same. they said that i had a security alert in dec. of 2012 and made me reverify my account even though i was a depositing customer. i did. now they are telling me they never got email. they gave me alternate email to send new verification for the third time. new launch, same customer service. we shall see.

I got a scratch card in the mail about a month ago, as well. Got $150 with a max cashout of $750. Requested $500 payout that was approved on 3/25, but still no sign of it. It has been smooth so far but we'll see.......... They said it takes 14 business days to process and post to your account. Ill post updates as they happen. Stay tuned.....

Thanks for the advice Zuga. I purchased alot at Rushmore in the past when they were reputable. In all fairness, their support is very courteous and helpful. The payout just takes way too long. Its a sign that indicates how unorganized they are.
