Has anyone heard or known of anybody winning the random jackpot at the Rushmore casinos? They sure do get real high. Some I've seen going up to 50k.

Yes, and some of them are that high just a week after someone hits it. Sometimes the same people hit 2 or 3 of them in the same month. Strange...However they do pay out players, so I don't know what to think.
Strano...Comunque pagano i giocatori, quindi non so cosa pensare.

I have heard they set them at whatever they want to start counting at. Also watch the counter it will and does spin backwards not in sequence as it should. All the RTG's do this. It will go from 5,250 and spin 5,259 etc then instead of changing to $5,260 it will start recounting back to $5,250 again. Watch the counters and you will see. Players are watching their spins and not the counters intently. Also when the counters spin fast this is done by the casino. There is a post here where you can read it yourself, from the casinos admitting they spin them faster to encourage more game play.
Guarda i contatori e vedrai. -

Here is that reply from the casino rep.
Hi Everyone,
Just read this post and though I would give you some information. We asked RTG about this issue when a player pointed it out some time ago and here is the reply from the programmer:
"The actual value of the progressive is not increasing just because the meter is spinning. The meter is an approximation of the amount in the jackpot. This is the industry practice that is used in all meters in Las Vegas. As with those, we 'spin' the meter to entice play, and to make it clear that the value is not set, but increases with play.
Again, this is industry practice, recognized over time as the best way to do things. The meter resets to the current value whenever the player leaves and comes back to the machine."
I hope that this information clears things up for anyone with concerns. Please be assure that when a jackpot hits then the full amount is paid out that has accumulated. If you see a counter resetting it is not deducting funds it is simply correcting itself to the real value of the jackpot.
Best Regards

blueEcco la risposta del rappresentante del casinò.
Ciao a tutti,
Distinti saluti
