I have got a letter yesterday from red flush with a promo code and a scratch card.They write they missed me and want me back--i have won 50 free spins on Thunderstruck 2.I had to type in the code at a page they told me.After type in the code --a message --the free spins are in your account on the next login.As i logged in---no free spins--contacted life helpShe told me congrats on your win--and then--its a shame --i should only get the free spins if i deposit.There was not one word from deposit in the letter .I closed my account --very very bad as i mean

Agreed fiedo8 that is poor business practice and marketing. Emails can be very misleading. I think sometimes the main goal is just to get the player inside the casino and will promise anything.

So many times i have had similar experiences. I am not sure how successful they are doing this but they just lost one good customer and that's YOU!

Concordo con Fido8 che si tratta di pratiche commerciali e di marketing scadenti. Le e-mail possono essere molto fuorvianti. Penso che a volte l'obiettivo principale sia semplicemente portare il giocatore all'interno del casinò e promettergli qualsiasi cosa.
