I only deposited around $1000 last year, before that they were generous bdays and Xmas, and the last time I played I got $25 bonus and some free spins after losing and going to chat and ask about free spins. Now I am being deprived of any more because I haven't deposited since then. I think Tropica and Vegas Regal should give them some lessons in how to treat their players.

PP was worse and after making my first vip status , they insisted I make a $100 deposit before getting anything else. Dumped me long time ago. Can't understand , don't they miss me? You'd think they were taking the money out of their own wallets when asking for anything. What do they think ? that this is easy for us? Cutting loose with the money, after getting it, and then all the hoops we jump thru, and waiting ....

I tried again, since I had casino loaded, but to no avail. I give up. And I gave it my all. I hate it when I know what they'll say. Can't they surprise you once in awhile?
Odio quando so cosa diranno. Non possono sorprenderti ogni tanto?

Despite having had VIP status for better than eight months, I agree that the bonuses have dropped off significantly.
I deposited often and frequently to maintain my status. After referring two friends, whom received numerous bonuses, i contacted the help desk and received an unfriendly rebuttal. The bonuses are mainly directed at new players. As of yet, there is nothing designed to encourage loyalty or further deposits.
Good luck with these people.

The new player spill is a lie too. I just deposited for the first time about 4 days ago, and have not nor have ever got any free anything from them.
