Okay, I took an exclusive LCB bonus from Spin Time Casino. It was a MAJOR deposit bonus cause I just really wanted to play. Now that I have deposited and went to chat to verify the terms I am being told something different. Here is the screen shot.
It says a minimum of 1x the bonus for cashout.
The max cashout allowed is 0.3 x the bonus.
It you do the math...the Max cashout is below the minimum.
Now that I go to chat they tell me I have to 2x the minimum for cashout not the 1x that is stated.
Any help would be appreciated. I am sending a screen shot to support before I even attempt to touch my deposit or bonus. Thanks in advance!

So max cashout is 0.3 of the bonus which is 0.3 of $1050.35? which equals $315?
The min cashout is the bonus plus max cashout which I make 1365.45? They then deduct the bonus leaving you with the max cashout of $315
Am I getting confused?

I don't know what I am more upset about...them changing the terms or the confusion of the min and the max. This happened to me at Tropica casino. I played a free chip and the max was one thing and then when I went to cashout I was told it was less. I wish and wish I would have made a screen shot. Now I have to wait for who knows how long to play this money until I get an answer. Thanks for all your help.
