Hi I waited 45 mins on will hill chat only to be told while typying i had been disconnected ...so i tried again waited 30mins only to be told i had to be passed to games chat..another 15 mins ..got disconnected again ..this time for good ...WHY DO THEY HAVE CHAT FOR EVERY TYPE OF GAMES CASINO SPORTS..when all that happens is they send you round in circles ...its really annoing and pathetic a large company like WILL hill ...cant work chat properly .....they cant wait until clients type out their request because thay must have only a few seconds as part of their job before they cut off the client ...GET MORE STAFF !!!!!
