Guten morgen zusammen . 

Ich habe eine frage an die leute hier draußen  die wirklich erfahrungen mit Online casinos haben . 

Ich machte gestan bei den oben genanten casino eine Einzahlung  . 

Ich spielte und spielte , dann kam ich in bonus runden .

Wehrend der bonus runden brach die habe ich gluck gehabt habe etwas gewonnen . Auf ein mal ist irgend wie die verbindung abgerochen ich war mit meinen bonus runden noch nicht vertig .bei dem versuch das spiel neu zu sarten,öffnet  das spiel nich nicht mehr .

ich habe deinen Beitrag ins Allgemeine Forum verschoben, weil er hier besser hin passt. 

Hast du dich schon an den Support vom Casino gewandt? Ansonsten würde ich zunächst versuchen, alle Cookies und den Cache zu löschen und es dann erneut zu versuchen.

Have you already contacted casino support? Otherwise I would first try clearing all cookies and cache and then try again.

Danke fur den Ratschlag.  Aber hab ich schon alles versucht . Leider ohne Erfolg

Bis heer noch gar nicht . Die bitten um etwas geduld zur Überprüfung. 48 stunden . Das wer wohl normal

Das Problem hatte ich bei Netbet noch nie, dafür aber bei anderen Casinos bei denen der Support einfach kacke ist! Bei Netbet habe ich bis jetzt jegliche Probleme mit Hilfe des Supports lösen können.

I've never had this problem with Netbet, but I have had it with other casinos where the support is simply crap! At Netbet I have so far been able to solve any problems with the help of support.
