I totally get your point. After being a member for 15 years, surely you would expect the VIP or loyalty program to only get better. It's frustrating to see it going in just the wrong direction. Hopefully they will listen to feedback and make improvements because this could really cost customers.
Capisco perfettamente il tuo punto di vista. Dopo essere stato un membro per 15 anni, sicuramente ti aspetteresti che il programma VIP o fedeltà migliorasse. Yep. The last changes they made a few months ago just made me so mad. That stupid bonus wheel. The bonus wheel will say deposit $50 to be able to spin the bonus wheel. I deposit $50. I go and no spin available and now I have to deposit $75. WTF pardon my french. They lost me after that.

i have the same problem with mbit moving forward, their vip promotions is garbage and most of their bonuses say you have to deposit a certain amount in USDT, but even if you meet the requirement whenever i try to claim it, they say i missed it by 0.01 or some nonsense like that. I don't even try anymore.

Mbit used to be my favorite place to play, but now on top of the crap DisLoyalty program, they have also now discontinued issuing VIP spins like they used to. With as much as I deposited i normally would get a set once, sometimes twice a week. And now none have been given since nov 17 and that was it for me. I won't deposit there anymore. Also the live chat sucks badly.
Mbit era il mio posto preferito per giocare, ma ora, oltre al programma di DisLoyalty di merda, hanno anche smesso di emettere giri VIP come facevano prima. Con tutto quello che depositavo, normalmente ne ricevevo un set una volta, a volte due a settimana. E ora non ne ho ricevuto nessuno dal 17 novembre e per me è finita. Non depositerò più lì. Anche la chat dal vivo fa schifo.
