Did they send it Fed-ex? If they did how could they not have a tracking number? I would contact the source they say they sent it with and ask them to look into it. Otherwise something does not seem quite right.
Have you only talked to Live Chat or contacted support by email?
LipsL'hanno spedito tramite Fed-Ex? Se lo facessero, come potrebbero non avere un numero di tracciamento? Vorrei contattare la fonte con cui dicono di averlo inviato e chiedere loro di esaminarlo. Altrimenti qualcosa non sembra del tutto giusto.

Up to this point we didnt have much complaints about this casino. If there were any in past they were quickly resolved.

So i've been waiting for a check cashout since Jan 31 from this place. I was told last week. That a new check was sent out to me by express mail. They sent me a tracking number. As of last Thursday when they said it was sent. My package is in Hong Kong today
