I just want to let everyone know that though I think the games play fair here and I like the casinos support, there is a a major flaw here: the cashout is left as reversible for the entire process of the withdrawl 
which is 3-5 or 5- 7 days 
Not sure which is true because I was told 3-5 by the payout dept and 5-7 by a rep!
Also I had some problems with them saying they had not received my docs even though chat said they were all there, but not approved. But once I sent an email I dealt with someone by the name of Jhyne who was very professional an got it handled asap. And the other problem was after docs was approved and I had already cashed out at Lucky Slots, when I went to cashout at Cuba, it declined stating that I did not have a faxback form on file Anyway, they were closed at that time but handled it right away the next morning!
So all in all, I have had a good experience but it has been 10 days at Lucky from the time I sent in docs to now and still no money as of yet! And 4 days at Lucky!

If they are counting on me doing a reversal, they may as well just go on ahead and process it, because I will not be doing that! I am so proud of the discipline I have when it comes to reversals. Now if I can only have the same discipline when it comes to hitting the cashout button when the winnings are up

Im having a similar problem with oddsmaker. I sent my docs in over a month about 2 months ago to be exact. I told them in live chat that they must not be interested in people deposining there.
