Actually Cash Back is different from the promo Cash Back in the way that if you are a VIP, ALL transactions in which no bonus was claimed you earn 25% CB. For the ManicMonday promo this is of course just for this day. Lock usually does offer a different CB non bonus deposit offer daily though.

You should try and get Anna here as a rep for Lock. I spoke to an Anna today (I'm assuming it was the same one), and she was remarkably helpful with talking me through setting my account up and taking photos of my documentation to email over.
