Really weird, I was there 0:01 on the dot but I couldn't get the spins. It's either for depositors (it's been a while since) or they just went super quick.
Davvero strano, ero lì 0:01 in punto ma non sono riuscito a ottenere i giri. O è per i depositanti (è passato un po' di tempo) oppure sono semplicemente andati molto veloci.

Nope this will be a problem on there part, it is the correct code, unless you can think of anything else, but it is extremely obvious that it is "kong". This is a fault on ladbrokes part.

Well if you read the promotion it said 00:01 so going by what the support told me it is 01:01 ( one minute past one)
Bene, se leggi la promozione dice 00:01, quindi secondo quanto mi ha detto l'assistenza è 01:01 (l'una e un minuto)

3 times contacting the support team,they say i should cntact them again after 10 minutes on the first ,second time is also the same i contact them after another 10 minutes on the third times and they say 1000 people already claim the bonus....so in the end i never get the kong free spin..
Contattando il team di supporto per 3 volte, dicono che dovrei contattarli di nuovo dopo 10 minuti la prima volta, anche la seconda volta è lo stesso, li contatto dopo altri 10 minuti la terza volta e dicono che 1000 persone hanno già richiesto il bonus... .quindi alla fine non ottengo mai il giro gratuito di Kong..
