It seems after doing some research, most rogue casinos are operating out of Costa Rica. Before you deposit anywhere, if it's located there....you may want to rethink what you're doing. They have no laws, regulation and nobody to answer to. The casino culture there obviously is a deceptive one trying to get U.S. deposits.
This is where just about every RTG casino is located. Rome casino (another rogue) is also there. BEWARE!

Honestly I cant see the point to it ..closing to the usa ..might as well say closing to the possibility of making money ...not all rtg's are rouge ..some will prolly just be there to avoid tax or something .. i mean you have to consider the amount of effort being put into the ventures .. if it was a huge scam ..the scale of the venture has to be considered ... ive seen scams ... too much work has gone into most of these casinos ..if anything its prolly just poor management skills to blame.
Onestamente non ne vedo il senso... chiudere agli Stati Uniti... tanto vale dire chiudere alla possibilità di fare soldi... non tutti gli rtg sono rouge... alcuni probabilmente saranno lì solo per evitare tasse o qualcosa del genere... intendo dire che devi considerare la quantità di impegno profuso nell'impresa... se si trattava di una truffa enorme... bisogna considerare la portata dell'impresa... ho visto delle truffe... è stato dedicato troppo lavoro alla maggior parte di questi casinò... se non altro è solo colpa delle scarse capacità di gestione.

also if you reread the post he was stating a fact he didnt say all he said almost all are based out of costa rica and beware ,he wasnt telling anyone to not play.

I will agree that in a country with no laws or regulations as such it would be hard negociating a claim also nothing is blown out of context the original topic was generalistic in sounding and was addressed as such.
But I think each thing should be based on merit it would be good to
see some of this research I for one am interested to know about rouge
casinos and im sure others are.

Sono d'accordo sul fatto che in un paese senza leggi o regolamenti in quanto tali sarebbe difficile negoziare un reclamo e inoltre nulla viene fuori contesto, l'argomento originale suonava generalista ed è stato affrontato come tale.
Ma penso che ogni cosa dovrebbe basarsi sul merito, sarebbe bene farlo
vedere alcune di queste ricerche, io per primo sono interessato a sapere del rouge
casinò e sono sicuro che altri lo siano.

Its not just Rtg either its all software encompassed in that equation I for one ran into trouble with eCogra approved microgaming sites which claimed to be offering one deal but after I deposited flipped the script on me thrice ...you have to do your homework with any casino yo.

Non è solo Rtg o è tutto il software racchiuso in quell'equazione. Io per primo ho avuto problemi con i siti di microgaming approvati da eCogra che affermavano di offrire un accordo ma dopo che ho depositato mi ho girato lo script tre volte... devi fare i compiti con qualsiasi casinò.

All the RTGs allowing U.S. players are there and also in The Netherland Antilles. It is much the same as other Caribbean islands offering casino permits insofar as requirements of casinos are not stringent and taxation levels are low. If it's not all of them, it's 90-95%.
This is why there are no repurcussions if they decide not to pay and probably aren't worried about the U.S. government coming after them.Tutti gli RTG che consentono ai giocatori statunitensi sono lì e anche nelle Antille olandesi.
