There is one thing I need to know...I was recently told by my brother (who knows people that make a living playing online poker) that in order to get the money free and clear I have to go out of country(mexico) and open an international bank account(I was told to use a certain bank), have it transfered there and bring it across the border in incriments of less than 10,000... or at least transfer from international bank to us bank in incrimints of less than 10,000. Please help anyone that KNOWS. Anyone that has experience with this Please Please.
I do not have a passport and do not want to have to wait that long to get the money

Do you have a web wallet? withdraw the money in increments of 2500 at a time. Do it everyday until you have withdrawn the whole amount. It will be transferred to you account but I will admit your going to have to pay the fees. Quicktender charges a flat rate of 30 dollars, and ewalletexpress charges 10% but caps off at 150 dollars.

i usually do bank transfer to a checking account set up, not in my regular bank, and i do more then one transfer, for that amount i would do 4 2500. wait until one is taken out of your account before you request the second and so on, never had a problem doing it that way, just give them the routing # and account number, if microgamming you should have no problems, if rtg....they are very very slow payers and they send it the way they feel like, they sent me moneygram, and check what casino may i ask

Your best bet is to go with a wallet as LH said. Never deposit $10,000 or more into a bank in the US at one time. If you do there is a form that has to be filled out for the government.
They want to know where, when and how you got the money so they can tax you!
