Got this email today.....

I read it as an extra $100 on a deposit. WRONG. It's a 25% bonus up to $100. 
I let them know I would have liked to be a loyal customer but felt deceived.
How did they treat this new customer? Blocked my account. :-\

Well, the blocking really sucks. But in Casino-think, they "offered" you $100 but you only took advantage of part of the total by not depositing uhm, would that be $400? And that sucks also.
I hate incomplete instructions and incomplete explanations of rules. I don't know if they do it on purpose or if they are just foreign and things get lost in translation.Beh, il blocco fa davvero schifo. It never mentioned 25% in the email? Seems you read it as it was intended they just neglected to tell you about it being "up to" $100 rather than it being $100.
Why they locked your account though is beyond me.

I got that mail too, if you scroll down it clearly says that its a 25% match, maybe you only read the top part?
Thats casino marketing, they always make it look better than it really is.
No reason to lock your account.. thats more than a bit too harsh.Anche io ho ricevuto quella mail, se scorri verso il basso dice chiaramente che si tratta di una corrispondenza del 25%, forse hai letto solo la parte superiore?
Questo è il marketing dei casinò, lo fanno sempre sembrare migliore di quanto non sia in realtà.
Non c'è motivo di bloccare il tuo account... è un po' troppo duro. -

I only got the part of the email which says $100 with deposit. Weird.
Anyway, the supervisor said she blocked me but I am able to get in... Again... Weird.
I guess if things appear to good to be true, they usually are.
I played for over 8 hours on my first deposit yesterday. Lost it all before going to bed.
Made a deposit today and it went really fast. Up and down.... as always.Grazie ragazzi!
