I posted this in the N/D section which was probably the wrong spot.
I deposited at Slotastic today and yesterday (just started there).
Got this email today.....
How do you read this?
Hi Gabby, Thank God it’s... Wednesday! Kick the blues out of the midweek working routines with Slotastic Online Casino! We help you to get through the rest of the week and offer you an extra $100 bonus on top of your deposit this and every Wednesday!
I read it as an extra $100 on a deposit. WRONG. It's a 25% bonus up to $100.
I let them know I would have liked to be a loyal customer but felt deceived.
How did they treat this new customer? Blocked my account. :-\

Ho depositato su Slotastic oggi e ieri (ho appena iniziato lì).
Oggi ho ricevuto questa email.....
Come leggi questo?
Ciao Gabby, grazie a Dio è... mercoledì!

Well, the blocking really sucks. But in Casino-think, they "offered" you $100 but you only took advantage of part of the total by not depositing uhm, would that be $400? And that sucks also.
I hate incomplete instructions and incomplete explanations of rules. I don't know if they do it on purpose or if they are just foreign and things get lost in translation.

It never mentioned 25% in the email? Seems you read it as it was intended they just neglected to tell you about it being "up to" $100 rather than it being $100.
Why they locked your account though is beyond me.

I got that mail too, if you scroll down it clearly says that its a 25% match, maybe you only read the top part?
Thats casino marketing, they always make it look better than it really is.
No reason to lock your account.. thats more than a bit too harsh.

Thanks Guys!
I only got the part of the email which says $100 with deposit. Weird.
Anyway, the supervisor said she blocked me but I am able to get in... Again... Weird.
I guess if things appear to good to be true, they usually are.
I played for over 8 hours on my first deposit yesterday. Lost it all before going to bed.
Made a deposit today and it went really fast. Up and down.... as always.Grazie ragazzi!
Su e giù.... come sempre.
