Firstly, i submitted verification about a year ago. Chat person said they got it. I started depositing.

about a month ago, they blocked me from making deposits using credit card or prepaid. When i inquired, they said that i didn't send in verification. I told them to check call log, and basically i was told i was lying.
So, I cancelled my account.

I reopened it because i missed Grande Vegas. sent in all verification. After deposits, for a year, irregardless of amount, I have always been able to got to chat and request a free chip after loosing.
ALL OF SUDDEN,
Last week i deposited $10, went to chat for chip and was told the first time, I had to make another deposit before I could claim chip.
I deposited 10.75 Went to chat. A different rep told me I couldn't claim a chip because the deposit wasn't a minimum of $20. I explained that with both deposits it was $20. She said it can't be added up. So what the other rep. told me wasn't taken into consideration. So they said they would forward to management. Management explained same as second rep. So it doesn't matter what different reps say when representing the company. (I FIGURED JUST LIKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IN A STORE, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FOR ADVERTISED PRICE NO MATTER IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE ON THEIR PART)
TODAY:
I deposited $20. Went to chat. Was told I couldn't claim a chip. I explained what rep and manager told me last week, and again it didn't matter.
In two weeks I have deposited $60 and received a $10 dollar comp. before it was way more. what a disappointment.

I have rarely ever asked for a free chip and one of the reason is because exactly what happend to you. Suddenly your not a valued player even though you made some decent deposits.
If giving out free chips too frequently was an issue then they should of stated that instead of giving you the run around.
It is best that you found out now instead of finding out after depositing even more money and making a withdrawal only to be told then you were a "bonus abuser".
I think the only way to play is not ask for free chips or take a deposit bonus too often or some casinos will hold it against you. They throw deposit bonuses at us then use it as tool later to either not pay us or lock accounts.
There is indeed plenty more casinos out there without having to being disrespected and lied to. They took you for all you were worth in deposits when they knew all along that they were never gonna give you a free chip. And that is a dirty shame.
I hope someone from this casino reads your post and can at least shed some light or make good on a broken promise.

Raramente ho chiesto un chip gratuito e uno dei motivi è perché ti è successo esattamente quello. All'improvviso non sei più un giocatore apprezzato anche se hai effettuato dei depositi decenti.
Se distribuire gettoni gratuiti troppo frequentemente fosse un problema, allora avrebbero dovuto dichiararlo invece di darti la caccia.
È meglio che tu lo scopra adesso invece di scoprirlo dopo aver depositato ancora più soldi ed effettuato un prelievo solo per sentirti dire che eri un "abuso di bonus".
Penso che l'unico modo per giocare non sia chiedere fiches gratuite o accettare un bonus sul deposito troppo spesso, altrimenti alcuni casinò te lo tratterranno. Ci lanciano bonus di deposito e poi li usano come strumento in seguito per non pagarci o bloccare i conti.
Ci sono davvero molti più casinò là fuori senza dover essere mancati di rispetto e mentire. Ti hanno preso per tutto quello che valevi in depositi quando sapevano fin dall'inizio che non ti avrebbero mai dato un chip gratis. E questa è una vergogna sporca.
Spero che qualcuno di questo casinò legga il tuo post e possa almeno fare luce o mantenere una promessa non mantenuta.
