I've been playing GO CASINO free tournaments for years and even made a deposit once. Well i took 3rd place in one of their big tournament and won $1,250.00. I cashed out and then they locked out my account, saying there was two accounts with the same email address. We all know when your signing up for a new account and you put in an email that's allready been used it makes you put in a different one to complete the form. Why didn't they catch this when i deposit. Oh they will take your money no problem but won't rightfully pay you when you win.GO CASINO and any other casino who pulls this shit should be band. So can anyone help me get my money cause that's not right what they did, it could happen to you.

This is one reason why you should always check several things such as multiple accounts before you deposit at any casino. It may not have been done intentionally but it does happen and that is one of every casinos rule, and if you break that rule they will not pay you. Just because you successfully made a deposit does not mean they know you have two or more accounts at that time. I do hope you can get it fixed, but I'm not sure you will get any money back.

Potrebbe non essere stato fatto intenzionalmente, ma succede e questa è una delle regole di ogni casinò, e se infrangi quella regola non ti pagheranno. Solo perché hai effettuato con successo un deposito non significa che sappiano che hai due o più conti in quel momento. Spero che tu possa risolvere il problema, ma non sono sicuro che riceverai indietro i soldi.

I don't understand how you can have 2 accounts with the same email address??? If you do, then of course you will not be paid!
