This casino is a big rip off. I made a paid deposit back in August and won fair and square. I have sent all of my documents in many times, the same documents I have sent to other casinos and been approved right away. They use many stall tactics. Now they reject my withdrawal. When I call or chat with them they say they are upgrading their system and go ahead and resubmit my withdrawal. I have done this over 15 times. Now today I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. She said nothing at all about a system upgrade. She just said to resubmit my request. I asked if they were still taking deposits from customers - she said of course - I asked why they would take deposit when they don't pay when their customers when they win - She apologized for that - she did not say it wasn't true - she just apologized. 
They are liars and crooks...DO NOT PLAY AT SLOTS PLUS unless you want to be cheated out of your money.
