Okay, So I open my Casino Titan software a few minutes ago and a pop up comes up saying come to chat for a 250% deposit bonus...offer good for 30 minutes.
I click okay and go straight to chat. I am told this was yesterday's offer and that today they have 150%. I said NO it just popped up just now and said I had 30 minutes to claim. Then she speaks to management and offer me the 250% bonus for a deposit of $100!!!!
They need to update their software and stop having false pop ups come up! I will not deposit $100 to Casino Titan. I would have made a small deposit for the 250% bonus but not $100.00. I am so mad at them right now. I have deposited one dollar short of $200 there so far and like some of you have had very little playtime for my money. I am done with them!!!!!

Support is nice but as far as playtime and bonuses they do need to make some changes. I was offered 400% the other day (not a new depositor) for a $100 deposit. This might have been great when I was new to depositing but now that I know what a pain playthrough is and is impossible on higher deposit and bonus amounts it's the opposite of appealing. The min deposit usually for 100% bonus is $100 and I have never came even close to making playthrough so I am not going to be depositing here for a while either.

I made my first $100 deposit for a 200% bonus last week (not at Titan). Boy did I learn my lesson. I won't do that ever again. I had less playtime than when I make a $25 deposit with a 200-400% bonus. I just think it is CRAP that the software offered me one thing and then when I try to claim it denies me and offers two completely different bonuses. I agree their live help is nice but I am there to gamble not make friends with their support lmao. I took it as they thought I was making up the whole pop up! Titan will not get my money unless things change!
