I have deposited over $500 since beg of July and also received the email for the promo with my name and acct number. I signed in and went to chat to tell them my answer and they said I am not eligible because I was not part of the "exclusive list". I asked why I have been receiving the promo invite and details if I was not eligible, and they said I was not an exclusive player on the list and that the "terms" basically releases their liability for any errors or exclusions. I was very disappointed only because I have deposited and lost (no withdrawls yet) over $500 in less than a 60day period, received the promo invite with my acct number on the heading, and was told I could not use the promo unless I received an email - apparently I was told that I was on the BULK list. So, in other words, $500 of my money in deposits in my Frost 60 days of being a player does not qualify??? Yikes!......I may rethink my next deposit into this casino.

Same thing happened to me. Except, I deposited way more then you did in a shorter period of time, with no cashout. They didnt even want to give me a comp bonus either! WHAT?!! After yanking a couple of their teeth out, asking for the manager, and resorting to the old- "Im going to have to post this chat on LCB"- threat, the manager finally gave in with a $30 bonus. Which is about 2% of what I deposited. Unlike you, melanie, I dont have to think about the next time I deposit at CasinoUS. THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME.

La stessa cosa è successa a me. Solo che ho depositato molto più di te in un periodo di tempo più breve, senza incassi. Non volevano nemmeno darmi un bonus comp! CHE COSA?!! Dopo aver tirato fuori un paio di denti, chiesto del manager e fatto ricorso alla vecchia minaccia: "Dovrò pubblicare questa chat su LCB", il manager alla fine ha ceduto con un bonus di $ 30. Che è circa il 2% di quello che ho depositato. A differenza di te, Melanie, non devo pensare alla prossima volta che deposito su CasinoUS. NON CI SARÀ UNA PROSSIMA VOLTA.
