I recently played a free chip at Silver Oaks casino and did the playthrough and cashed out for over $300. This was 1/8. After talking live chat every other day since then..I was told today that I could only cash out for the max of $75 which I knew..but that I would have to cancel my withdraw and start over with a $75 withdraw. I did this but I chatted with them like every other day and no one told me this. I spoke with Alex today and what an attitude he had. I will never play there again and i play frequently. He did not give a hoot! Too Bad

I would not let 1 bad customer service rep ruin your fun. If you like playing there. I only stop when I get the same crap from everyone I speak to. Hopefully that rep was only having a bad day. does not excuse him by any means. When we contact customer service this is job security for them. If we did not have questions or concerns they would not have a job. So cheer up. 1 bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch.LOL ::)

i've also a bad exp. at the silver oak casino, i've won about $1800 and they wont pay out. but silver oak is not the only bad apple, all RealTimeGaming casino's are not to be trusted. stay away from those casino's. it's just a corrupt company. if i am not wrong...they all owned by the same person.
these casino company are the most trusted : microgaming, playtech, rival.

I play at MANY casinos and this is the first real problem that I experienced. Usually all is well just takes time with first time wins.
The sad thing is the customer service issue is what really sucked. Heck I played on a free chip not expecting much...but be considerate and don't act like I'm stupid and say things like "Did you read the chip rules? If you did then you know what has to be done"!
