i appreciate all you have said,
please understand the following;
since joining 32red in august 2012
i have deposited over $16,250 ;
i have also made one withdrawal of $1500, which you had back in the 1st week,
so in a little under 2 years that works out at;
a very full wallet on your part,
and a very empty one at mine,
so when i look at all the deposits made since joining in a list.
and there are literally hundreds,
you can probably imagine that I'm pretty p***ed off.
and before you tell me i have got a high percentage rate on the bonus side and u can just squeeze me a $10 or $15 bonus.
that only tells me
lets say you have given me 50% in bonuses over the time taking my total spent to $24,000
if i had had more money you would have had that too.
so thanks for you time and consideration over a small poxy bonus. forget it
if you have another 100 customers like me, which you do,( probably in the 1000s)
that's a very healthy bank balance
a very healthy balance.
so thanks for your loyalty when a man is down,
but with friends like you. who the hell needs enemies.
just wondering if anyone else is struggling to try keep the scales balanced seems all one way to me.

First off welcome to the forum. I really am wondering if you havent posted this somewhere else and didn't get any sympathy so you came here. Bashing a casino with your first post seems a bit much don't you think. I have a question though, did you take a deposit bonus with most of your deposits
If so, that was your freebie. I would suggest speaking with a rep from the casino before posting negative things in the future. GL on your freechip

I am sorry you didnt get the bonus. Some casinos can be very tight at times. It is good to know you stuck to your guns because i sure would have my feisty friend. (note* my username is rena35 not 55 even though i feel that old at times. Dont worry i have been there myself and if the casino doesn't appreciate the business then move on)gl to you and have a happy holiday.
