I was really excited about 1casino, had never tried Cryptologic, but the slots turned out to be great and a really nice change from other software. But I can't get in contact with them 
I made the playthrough of the €5 free chip and had a balance of approx €80. Since I couldn't find any information about max cash-out, min dep for withdrawal and some other things, I used their mail-form. Two or three days later no reply. 
Tried to call to ask if something was wrong with the e-mail, but it didn't work. (there is a "call me" option which I did not use)
I tried to mail again with my Yahoo-account, two days later no reply :'( :'(
Maybe there's some perfectly good explanation,but I have never come across anything like it.

I would just like to add that it's not only that I've been waiting for a reply from Morgan. (and my message to him was extremely polite by the way)
It's also that I sent my first e-mail to their support may 2, and after that three more, both via their mail-form and my yahoo account.

Vorrei solo aggiungere che non è solo il fatto che stavo aspettando una risposta da Morgan. (e il mio messaggio per lui è stato estremamente gentile comunque)
