A man sits down in Ontario, Canada to play the two cent slots. The dream of all dreams...he hits the jackpot...across the screen its says..You've just won 42.9 million! A slot host comes over to congratulate him. Minutes later a supervisor comes over and says "sorry it was a malfunction of the machine, however we will give you 4 complimentary dinners to the buffet"
The man furious said NO! He is now suing the casino for the 42.9 million.
The maximum payout for the machine was 9,000. But it does not state anywhere on the machine what the max payout is.
If that happened to you...would you settle for 4 buffet dinners or sue?

I'd be less than understanding....I would be down right Ugly...Most likely get the Boot out of there. They can keep their dinners and choke on them....I want my money. I'd be too sick to eat for days...

First thing I would do would be to take a picture of the screen.
Second thing. Tell them I'm getting a lawyer. Maybe I may get somewhere with some help..but would definately not be able to fight a casino on my own.
Either way, I must have won something other than a buffet, if it came up as a jackpot?? I would think I should have won the max jackpot anyway, correct??? He should have received at least the max amount on the machine..$9000. for the jackpot.
You didn't give all the info..what did the slots land on?? Was it a true jackpot hand??
