I dont think it's fair to advertise other forums here, however, I'd say you should find the forum hosting the streak tourneys after a quick google.
you would need to be a member and post your username on the site before you get the password. your entry would not be counted if you gained the passwords without posting it there anyway.
I've given you half the forum's name here anyway, so you should be good.. - sorry, I'm not sure where to draw the line here. I would probably apply the same for LCB's passwords if ever asked for them
