So i log into my account and what do you know (NOTHING) lmao, why send emails like this and not actually add the bonus to the players account, this is obviously just a stunt they do to make people come back to their casinos, but not me if this is the tactic they use

I have logged in about 10 times now and nothing is there
i have emailed them 3 times, live chat is offline, the casino support is dreadful why dont casinos have 24/7 support, they say they do when they dont it is lies

ho inviato loro un'e-mail 3 volte, la chat dal vivo è offline, il supporto del casinò è terribile perché i casinò non hanno supporto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, dicono di sì quando non lo fanno, sono bugie
