After he was once again told to wait, the tester lost his patience and decided to make a withdrawal request of USD 938.22. Strangely, upon visiting the “My Documents” section, he noticed that the documents were in the “Approved” status. The next day, the live chat agent informed the tester that his identity was finally verified.
Yet, the drama continued, as he discovered that his request was canceled on June 5, 2023. He made a new one on the very same day. A day later, the tester finally received a total of USD 892, due to the fee of USD 46.22 applied.
To cash out, players can use Bitcoin and Bank Wire. The maximum weekly withdrawal amount in Terms is USD 2,500, whereas the “Payments” page says USD 2,000. The minimum withdrawal amount for BTC is USD 20 or USD 100 if using a bank wire. The maximum is USD 2,500 for bank wire transactions, or USD 1,015 for BTC.
