Another extensive test as part of the project From the Players, For the Players project has been concluded. Our tester paid a visit to Britain Play Casino. Here are the highlights:

Registration

Deposit

ID Verification
Our tester received a mail that contained not only details related to the welcome offer, but the instruction on how to verify her account as well. Before playing any games, the tester decided to get the verification process out of the way, starting with her photo ID.
She initiated the process by pressing “Provide” next to the Proof of ID, all located in the “My Account” section, after which a QR code appeared.
Having scanned it, a website opened up on her phone with instructions on how to upload her ID. Once the front and back images of her driver’s license were supplied, the next step was to provide a selfie. After that, she returned to the Britain Play website on her computer to upload a recent utility bill and an image of her registered bank card. The middle 8-digits were covered for security purposes.
According to the Terms, the operator has the right to request certified or notarized documents in order to verify one’s identity, but our tester wasn’t required to submit anything like that.
Gameplay

Our tester attempted to make a withdrawal on the same day, February 14, 2022, however, she was notified that her account was currently being reviewed. As stated, the process can take up to 48 hours.
A day later, she was invited to play the Cash Drop game, a feature where depositing players have a 4 in 5 chance of winning a wager-free cash prize. Having played the game, the tester tried to withdraw again, but she was once again met with the “account in review” message.
On February 16, 2022, she discovered that her account was verified when she logged in. However, she received no mail which would confirm so. She made a request to withdraw £77.58p also via Visa Debit card. A day later, on February 17, 2022, the tester received £75.08p, which was the requested sum minus a £2.50p fee.
The available withdrawal methods are similar to those players can use to fund the account. All cashouts are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. A player can withdraw £1,000 per day, £3,000 per week or £5,000 per month.
Conclusion
Despite the fact that the player was informed that all new players have to wait up to 48 hours to have their identity verified, an e-mail from the casino to confirm that the process is completed would be a great addition. Plus, players should be informed that a smartphone is required to complete ID verification.
Other than that, our tester experienced no issues with Britain Play Casino. Her withdrawal was processed in a timely manner, minus the mandatory fee.
