I find that if I have everything prepared for the next day before I go to bed, then my mind is not racing at night keeping me awake. I have my clothes laid out & I have anything I need to bring to work all ready to go.

I would also advise them to use the bathroom before going to bed to ensure an uninterrupted night's sleep!

a.  Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time everyday
b.  Get as much natural sunlight as possible
c.  Move vigorously during the day—don't sit for more than an hour
d.  Limit caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and big meals at night
e.  Take time for relaxing activities before sleep
f.  Create a calm and restful sleep environment

Get into a routine of going to bed at the same time every night, in a cool, dark, quiet room, without a TV.

Turn off the computer one hour before bedtime.

Day 13 - what beautiful vacation spot would you recommend to someone?Making the right choice about where and how to relax is not as easy as it seems at first glance. In order not to spoil your holiday and do not regret the money spent in vain, you need to decide, and how you want to spend your vacation. The options can be mass. Some people prefer to travel at the best resorts in Europe, enjoy the beautiful beaches of Spain's Costa del Sol and enjoy the nature of the Costa Brava, someone behind the ears are not detached from the Parisian palaces, squares, museums and boutiques, someone feels like paradise in Côte d'Azur towns such as Saint Tropez and Cannes, or dreams of Monte Carlo and Nice. Tastes differ. Many people can not imagine winter without resting on the ski resorts. Among the countries with the best ski resorts in the world leading Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy. Gstaad, Saalbach, Zell am See, Bormio, Mayrhofen, Sankt_Morits - one of the most prestigious ski resorts in the world. For those who can not live without exotics should pay attention to the Caribbean, United Arab Emirates, South Africa. By the way on some ratings Cape Town is considered one of the best resorts in the world. There are countries that want to return again and again. For example diving enthusiasts, the underwater beauty of coral reefs and again come to the Sharm El Sheikh to enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea again. By the way during a trip to Egypt, if you want to experience for yourself the beauty of the underwater world, be sure to find out - whether there is a coral reef on the beach, assigned to this hotel, what is its length and distance from the coast. In the opinion of many tourists, have seen more than one exotic country Sharm El Sheikh - one of the best places in the world for scuba diving. As for an exotic vacation in the islands - on top Aizberg are the Canary Islands, with its majestic volcanoes, park, parrots, oceanarium and pingvinariem, romantic Seychelles, with the virgin nature of Mahe Island, the island of Phuket in Thailand, the Maldives with its bungalows in the ocean, perky Hawaii with incendiary songs and dances.

What beautiful vacation spot would you recommend to someone?

I can whole heartedly recommend Lake Tahoe, Nevada!

Lake Tahoe has just about everything a person could want in a vacation destination.  If it's a Winter vacation you choose then, Tahoe has everything that snow has to offer, i.e. skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, or just sitting warm and comfy in a lodge sipping hot buttered rums! 

Summers in Tahoe are fantastic.  The lake has miles and miles of shorelline that is beyond beautiful.  All water sports are available, i.e. skiing, sailing, wave running, and a really nice dinner cruise on the Tahoe Queen. Bicycling and backpacking offer the best of the best scenery.  Tons of fun for any age at anytime.

Oh, I almost forgot, Tahoe also has very nice Casino's with top name entertainers performing all year.  The Casino's in Lake Tahoe offer some of the best food at a really reasonable price. It to me, Tahoe is the best bang for your vacation buck and that's why I can honestly recommend this little spot of heaven on earth, Lake Tahoe!

   Myrtle beach South Carolina is a nice beach front vacation. Best of all there is a casino there. I did visit it when i was younger and had a great time. The food was outstanding. Well worth the trip.

We have somehere close to home, in our home state that we visit every year.  Sometimes we take a whole week, sometimes just a long weekend.  But, nomatter how long or short our stay, we don't wanna leave and can't wait to return.

Jekyll Island, Georgia, about a four and a half hour drive from our home is our favorite getaway.   Water and sunshine everywhere, not to forget plam trees and sultry evenings. This place is our relaxation sanctuary.   They have modest motels, B&B's, quaint cottages and our new favorite, The Jekyll Island Country Club! 

Although you can find some of the best southern cusine, I love crab, soft shell crab, steam blue crab, there is even a low country boil with the freshest seafood and country veggies imaginable and delicious lump crab meat dropped in at the very last minute before serving, It's to die for........

We can golf, ride a bike, take a walk on the beach, layout by the pool a have coctails.  We can even visit one of the historic homes and get a tour. They even have a hotel that was previously a "whore house!"

At night we can go dancing and/or listen to live music.   My very favorite thing is the "Dinner/Breakfast Casino Cruise!"   You have to drive off the island to Brunswick, about a fifteen or twenty minute drive, depending on how excited you are.   For a couple, it's $50 for prime rib for two at 8pm.   By 9pm there headed out into ocean waters for gambling in a full service casino.  Breakfast starts around 2am and you dock sometime around 3am, it was wonderful..........

If you can't visit Jekyll Island, Georgia,  I'm sure you know a place close to you, within driving distance that offers everything you need to make your stay relaxing and memorable without braking your bankroll. 

Love thy own . . .so I will definitely recommend Boracay.   Aside from its beautiful beaches, you'll definitely enjoy the good food and most of all , be assured of the hospitality of the Filipinos.

I am going to going very ofteto make some vacations but one place You have to seen in your life. Sunny Greece.

Onve I spend vacations in Crete - island in Greece. Really nic place just perfect to take a rest with some drinks nex to beutyfull see and beach :)

I agree with robby8111. You can find many different personalities within any one particular breed. Loyalty is not a trait of a particular breed; it has to do with earning a dog's trust. Instead of recommending a certain breed to someone, I would tell them to find a dog who needs a home & treat them almost as you would a child. They need discipline as well as affection. The dog will learn to respect you & from this respect comes loyalty & companionship.

Day 14 The most loyal dog to there owner would be a chocolate lab and they can learn anything very well.

I recently give home to 10 year old American pitbull.Her name is Blacky and she is the best dog ever !! She change my opinion about her kind ..APBT rules :)

i not have a dog but if i want one i will take a gentle dog from shelter 

best dog is one that would fit with your personality and home

  I had a brindle pit bull named Tonka who we had for 15 years. He was the best most gentle dog i have seen and was great around kids. He passed in 2016 and i was very heart broken. He would stalk the kids when they would eat hot dogs and slid the meat from their bun. He would also wait until me or someone else was sleep and crawl into the bed with them taking up most of the space at 120 pounds. He was not a vicious dog but would bark if someone came to the house. When we first got him i was at the doctors and the kids called me to ask if we could have a puppy. They called and begged after i repeatdly said no. Finally to keep them from calling i said we will see. When they brought him to the care i was very afraid of him and let up all of my windows and locked my car doors. He proved to be a very big kitty cat and gentle as can be. I would suggest any dog can be dangerous so you must do research. Also the vet can help gauge how a dog will act around kids because thats how i did with Tonka. After many tests with a plastic kid and baby doll he passed them and we brought him home. One of his faviorite pass tines was going fishing with us so he could jump in the lake and scare the fish. He is missed.

I had a maltese dog it s a very friendly dog very smart and even if it s very small it have a big energy on it. it will change your life to have this kind of dogs. it also loves children.

Many people will have a different answer to this question and although the answers seem different, they are really not different at all.

The breed of dog for you can come about through any number of circumstances or encounters.   When it happens, you will know.   Maybe not right away.   Others may see a connection when you are too busy or distracted to notice, but when it's there it's there and both of you will come to realize.

I believe that for every breed, there is someone and for everyone there is at least one breed, somtimes more than one.

I am always enheartened when I see the uncomplicated, uncondtional and inseparable bond between someone and mans best friend.

If you are consciously looking for a specific breed of dog, listen to everyone, then get out there and let it happen.  You may find just what you're looking for, or just maybe, your dog will find you.

It is all about respect and love.............   In my opinion...........

Sorry for your loss, i lost my baby girl in 2016 too. In memory of Tonka and the misconception folks have about pit bulls you will be placed in the prize draw.
