Hello im kinda newbie here does the cashable mean that u dont have to deposit to cashout? If doesnt does this bonus need depo before cash out?:)

if im honest its a poor casino... took the ND few weeks back...

i lost, but then played with my own cash... managed to win a bit, but when i went to cashout "debit card" was not 1 of the options, and i tried to cashout via moneybookers, but it said i can only cashout via a method i used to withdraw

i got onto live support...

1stly they didnt answer my question and then was told "your bonus has been credited".... i then waited...and waited...and waited some more for a total of an hour... never got a further reply

is Rival network usualy they pay on no deposit bonus (until now i didn't had problems) debit card is not anymore because of some gambling restriction

actually something positive... got an email off their support, they appoligised for their misunderstanding (rightly so, since ignorant support shouldnt be tolerated in this industry) and have given me a $50 free bonus (be it the WR is 70x )


edit: an overly high (unfair) wr gave the expected results, made 300+, after 5 hours... but to my horror i had nearly 2000 left to wager , from then on it felt like gameplay was a downward spiral until every cent was gone... after their previous incompetance if i had made something of this "peace offering" bonus then i wouldnt of just hit the uninstall button

just another bit of the story regarding them... i think they are desparate,

i did email them after this nd bonus playthrough...told them simply that its no way acceptable and that a free chip with such a high WR is hardly any way to say sorry since il never make WR and explained since i wont be depositing with them again i would like my account closed...

the weird thing then happened, they emailed me back, told me a $100 free chip is in my account with lower WR (its 45x WR so even worse than before really with 4500 playthrough)... and even weirder they said in the email "even though you wont deposit anymore"... not often a casino accepts you wont deposit, but then throws in a free chip hoping you win... hmmm

maybe im just over speculating and they really do have good intentions...

sounds  a bit suspicious , agreed, although i dont think i would complain on  a 100 freebie with ONLY 45x playthrough nowadays^^
