Dopo l'annuncio di Bwin.Party che aveva commutato la sua raccomandazione dalla 888 Holdings a GVC Holdings per l'acquisizione della sua società ecco che 888 ha risposto tramite un comunicato stampa in cui ha dichiarato di aver abbandonato la guerra di offerte.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Bwin.Party ha ritirato il suo appoggio nel mese di luglio per l'offerta verso la 888 Holdings e la società ha deciso di non presentare una nuova offerta affermando:
"Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di 888 ha concluso che, a causa della propria ampia due diligence (procedimento analizzare il valore e le condizioni di un'azienda) su bwin.party, non vede un valore sufficiente in bwin.party tale da giustificare una revisione della sua offerta. Di conseguenza, 888 conferma che non è più in discussione ciò che riguarda l'acquisizione di bwin.party".

Per molto tempo da quella saga 888 Holdings è stata la favorita per essere il prossimo proprietario di Bwin Party ed è stata raccomandata dal consiglio di amministrazione di Bwin Party. Ovviamente il ribaltamento di opinione dei consigli di amministrazione è stata la mossa decisiva che ha portato l'azienda ad abbandonare...

Ovviamente il ribaltamento di opinione dei consigli di amministrazione è stata la mossa decisiva che ha portato l'azienda ad abbandonare la guerra delle offerte. È stata una saga davvero infinita questa, ma forse finalmente potremmo vederne la fine.

OK, 888 ha abbandonato e cosa significa per tutti gli altri. per sempre o Bwin.Party stava valutando le sue opzioni, qualunque cosa ciò significasse o contemplando i meriti...
