I've been asking myself the same question for a long time, but fortunatelly I've found some good advice about asian bookmakers, i signed up at bet-ibc and I'm verry pleased, everything goes realy fast, they have AH and so on.. be careful about the agents, thats a common problem of the asian bookmakers the only work with agents and some of them might be frauds:( thats the only thing you have to worry, hope i was useful. Mi faccio la stessa domanda da molto tempo, ma fortunatamente ho trovato dei buoni consigli sui bookmaker asiatici, mi sono iscritto su bet-ibc e sono molto contento, tutto va molto velocemente, hanno AH e eccetera.. fai attenzione agli agenti, questo è un problema comune dei bookmaker asiatici, lavorano solo con agenti e alcuni di loro potrebbero essere dei truffatori :( questa è l'unica cosa di cui ti devi preoccupare, spero di esserti stato utile. I wanted to open an account with singbet for I read they have special events and higher odds than other bookies, but it was kind of a challenge to open an account with them. Eventually I managed to do it but I opened it through a licensed broker (PremiumTradings) and I'm really pleased with what they offer. I've been with them for only four months, luckily no problems up to now. Plus, they didn't charge me for anything... I guess they have some agreements with the bookies they work with, but anyways - not my business since I don't pay for anything.
Which one did you decide on?

Volevo aprire un conto con singbet perché ho letto che hanno eventi speciali e quote più alte rispetto ad altri bookmaker, ma è stata una specie di sfida aprire un conto con loro. Alla fine ci sono riuscito ma l'ho aperto tramite un broker autorizzato (PremiumTradings) e sono davvero soddisfatto di quello che offrono. Sono con loro solo da quattro mesi, per fortuna finora nessun problema. Inoltre, non mi hanno fatto pagare nulla... immagino che abbiano degli accordi con i bookmaker con cui lavorano, ma comunque non sono affari miei dato che non pago nulla.

if you are a high roller or if you want to become a junior agent then ibcbet is the one for you, if not then try 12bet

I don't suggest opening an account there. It doesn't look safe at all and as Johnny already said, there is no security certificate.
