Hi,
I have already sent you mulitple PMs regading this issue.
Every time you purchased their chip, you provided different usernames / account numbers / emails. I warned you twice not to do that and that your purchases would be rejected, but you continued all the same.
Considering that the Chipstars' first purchase is free, this may be considered as a shop abuse, as well.

Ogni volta che acquistavi il loro chip, fornivi nomi utente/numeri di conto/e-mail diversi. Ti avevo avvertito due volte di non farlo e che i tuoi acquisti sarebbero stati rifiutati, ma tu hai continuato lo stesso.
Considerando che il primo acquisto delle Chipstar è gratuito, anche questo può essere considerato un abuso del negozio.

Hello hope all is well I purchased the $20 chip from the shop and received confirmation of it being approved. Upon signing in I realized that it wasn't credited I. Asked the representatives which were useless for assistance and to no avail I came here after this I redeposit to still no seeing it credited please help

Free means no deposit requried. Just click on an bonus item you want in the Shop and you'll find all necessary information about that bonus.
Regarding Amazon, you need to be eligible for cash to cliam it, so I suggest going through the Shop T&C.
