my own wish would be that poker players stop complaining every time they lose a hand..never fails that I sit at a table and there is one player there who won't shut up when they lose (I play live poker)..it is as if they have never played before or never been beaten by a better hand (or worse)..they berate the player who won, they ruin the game for everyone else and they are just that big mouthed obnoxious player ..I play to win but I also play for a night out after a stressful work week and the last thing I want is to be at a table with some constant complainer..my biggest pet peeve
il mio desiderio sarebbe che i giocatori di poker smettessero di lamentarsi ogni volta che perdono una mano... non manca mai che mi siedo a un tavolo e ci sia un giocatore lì che non sta zitto quando perde (gioco a poker dal vivo). è come se non avessero mai giocato prima o non fossero mai stati battuti da una mano migliore (o peggiore).. rimproverano il giocatore che ha vinto, rovinano il gioco a tutti gli altri e sono proprio quei giocatori odiosi dalla bocca larga... io gioco per vinco ma gioco anche per una serata fuori dopo una settimana lavorativa stressante e l'ultima cosa che voglio è stare a un tavolo con qualcuno che si lamenta costantemente..la mia più grande seccatura

You can play but only for fun money but I do hear you colywog and I wish I could grant your wish. Congress needs to get it's butt into gear and sort out legalized online poker for all USA.

colywog have you tried Americas Card Room? I am from the US and have been playing on there for a little while- not Pokerstars for sure but they are improving everyday and have some good cash games and some real good tourneys..and I hear they actually pay out in a reasonable time frame

I wish I had opportunities to play more often! I used to play all the time with a solid group, but then I moved and had a kid and I just don't get the opportunity. :(

I live in MO, my state is restricted everywhere pretty much. (I don't like the BetOnline software, it drives me nuts for some reason, LOL) I do go with my uncle about twice a month to this really nice cigar bar for a private game, that's always fun. I try to do the tourneys at the land-based casino by my house as well. People really aren't into poker in MO like they were when I lived in FL. I dunno, my parents taught me how to play 5 Card Stud and Blackjack when I was still in diapers! I've always been a card player and a mathematically-minded dorky person, ha!

(Non mi piace il software BetOnline, per qualche motivo mi fa impazzire, LOL) Vado con mio zio circa due volte al mese in questo bar dei sigari davvero carino per un gioco privato, è sempre divertente. Cerco di partecipare anche ai tornei del casinò tradizionale vicino a casa mia. La gente non ama davvero il poker in MO come lo era quando vivevo in Florida. Non lo so, i miei genitori mi hanno insegnato a giocare a 5 Card Stud e Blackjack quando ero ancora in fasce! Sono sempre stato un giocatore di carte e una persona stupida con una mentalità matematica, ah!
