Looks like a software error unless you both went all in and he had more chips than you and you won the main pot and he won the side pot but I really don't think this is the case.
Sembra un errore del software a meno che entrambi non siate andati all in e lui aveva più chips di voi e voi avete vinto il piatto principale e lui ha vinto il piatto secondario, ma non credo proprio che sia così.

Just contact suppoort and they will likely credit oyu back your buy in. Thats where I would start. But dot make accusations of them cheating you as this will only cause problems in getitng your money back. Once you get your money then you can rant all you want :)
Basta contattare l'assistenza e probabilmente ti accrediteranno il tuo buy-in. È da lì che inizierei. Ma non accusarli di imbrogliarti perché ciò causerà solo problemi nel recuperare i tuoi soldi. Una volta che avrai i soldi potrai sbraitare quanto vuoi :)
