So I have been trying to verify on ZULA for last several days and I don't even get to submit address or banking verification and it says denied due to they can't verify my information! Well no they can't because when I try to upload it that pops up. So I messaged support and they email me back and ask me to submit info to them, so I do and they say the verification will be reset to resubmit BUT they need a physical copy of Identification so they can scan it and approve me. What?? I email back asking them is that not what the verification process is for and nobody in their right mind would send their physical ID to them. I'm thinking they aren't trying to verify me so I can't withdraw. I have saved the emails because their request is ridiculous.

I'm having the same trouble. I have been waiting 10 days with 20k just sitting there. I submitted my license, bank statement and utility bill on 12/6, I get a generic response every day when I inquire about verification.
