had made my deposit at WILDZ CASINO via PAYSAFE and compelted all required wagiering after all that was done i went on to make my withdraw of 1000NZD which they accepted and an email was recived adviseing me that my withdraw was on its way that was on the 29.03.20 at 1509hrs it is now the 6.04.20 12.08pm and still no funds have arrived into my account after many online chats with the casino and being told "YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR WITHDRAW SOON IT CAN TAKE UP 5 WORKING DAYS" and now we are at 9 days i contacted the live chat again to be told that the payment has to show in my account within the next 12 hours. I have also tried contacting my Bank had had them look deep into my account just to make sure that there is in fact nothing there and the funds simply are not just hidding somewhere and well they were well in turly not there. I have had withdraws in the past and have always recived them well within the 3-5 days but is not the case for this. I found the casino to be very good before this iusse there was alot of diffrent games an the live chat was always there 24/7 howere it is what they do when things go worng that makes a casino and at the moment i am saddly very disapointed

Ho anche provato a contattare la mia banca chiedendo loro di esaminare in profondità il mio conto solo per assicurarmi che in realtà non ci fosse nulla e che i fondi semplicemente non fossero semplicemente nascosti da qualche parte e beh, a loro volta non erano lì. Ho avuto dei prelievi in passato e li ho sempre ricevuti entro 3-5 giorni, ma non è questo il caso. Ho trovato il casinò molto buono prima di questo iusse c'erano molti giochi diversi e la chat dal vivo era sempre disponibile 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, tuttavia è quello che fanno quando le cose vanno male che rende un casinò e al momento sono purtroppo molto deluso
