I made a withdrawal of $10,000 from King Johnnie Casino on December 1st 2020 I uploaded all required documents and they where verified and the withdrawal was approved. I have not received anything from them and every time i contact them i am told the same thing.....They start off congratulating me on my win and then go on to tell me that the money was released by the finance department via direct Bank Deposit on December 3rd 2020 after I tell them i have not received it they ask for a bank statement that covers from December 3rd until now, once I upload the bank statement I am told that yes they have received it and they will forward it on to a member of the finance team and as soon as they have checked it over and confirmed that there as nothing paid they will pay it.....I have gone through this exact same interaction with them every 4 to 5 days for the past month and a half and still no payout......Honestly its like I'm talking to a recorded message, it doesn't matter how many times they are told that i have done all of this time and time again they refuse to listen and carry on telling me upload the same proof that that i have been uploading every 5 days with zero results. (my user name at king Johnnie is willsam )

We've received the following reply from the Casino Representative:
"We have received confirmation from the processor that the funds (withdrawal) was released on 03/12/2020 and we have sent the client the confirmation. Earlier today we have also attempted to call but it was unsuccessful to inform the client thereof. We have requested that the client sends us a bank statement from 01/12/2020 to 31/12/2020 in order for us to see and to confirm if funds have been received. We await the client's response."
