    Hello Nick,

    I too have been trying to withdraw my winnings for over 3 months now and have been getting the same responses as Larisa was from your staff via email and the online chat.. they keep informing me that it will be in my account soon etc, but i don't see how it takes this long to do, when i have used other casinos which have the same layout as yours and they have been able to send my winnings that day if not the next..


    Please get back to me about this issue as i am wanting the winnings to use for presents for my children.
